Mr Hanbury's Mason Arms offers the warm welcome of a traditional English inn with an eccentric twist.
Nestled in the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside, we're a countryside pub with an inventive menu of seasonal & home-grown produce in an intimate setting, all helped along nicely with fine wines and local ales.
Our head chef, Leon Smith, is all about rummaging through nature's larder.
Be it foraging for wild mushrooms, flowers and herbs, growing our own fruit and veg in the garden or sourcing the very best local meat and dairy suppliers, Leon's menu is an ode to the Oxfordshire countryside.
It wouldn't be an inn without some merry-making.
Our beer is locally sourced where possible and hand-picked for the season, our wine selection offers classic wines alongside the more unusual, whilst our house cocktail list offers a British twist on the classics.
Originally a 16th century farmhouse-turned-pub, gifted to the Mason family of Eynsham's butler, the Mason Arms is an old pub with a tale or two to tell...
Now with a new lease of life our pub doors are open daily from 12pm, for catching up over a pint or two, settling in for a pub lunch with a bottle of wine or swinging by for a swift half and a scotch egg.
